Job Description: Associate Store Manager

Palm Beach Tan is looking for an Associate Store Manager who is enthusiastic and determined to assist in the day-to-day activities of the salon, lead a team that excels in performance, and deliver exceptional service to customers. Candidates for this role will undergo a comprehensive 5-week training program that has been specifically designed to prepare individuals for success in management and sales within the company.

• The remuneration includes an hourly base rate coupled with commission
• Employees must commit to a minimum of 35 hours a week, with the benefit of a flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

• This role necessitates attendance in a 5-week manager training course and adherence to performance benchmarks.
• Sustain the store staff by overseeing the interviewing, hiring, and advancement of employees
• Establish a culture of positivity and respect that nurtures the relationship between employees and customers within the workplace
• Fulfill self-assessment criteria and contribute to the enhancement of employees' performance assessments
• Review daily sales records to boost sales potential
• Adhering to the regulations for banking, security, operational, and legal prerequisites
• Monitor spending on workforce, goods, and facilities
• Distribute, supervise, and follow through on daily duties to uphold the store's cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
• Ensure exceptional customer care by resolving any customer problems promptly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
