Job Description for Associate Manager:

Palm Beach Tan is in search of a driven and enthusiastic Associate Manager to assist with the daily functions of the salon, oversee a team that excels, and provide customers with outstanding service. In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive 5-week training initiative that aims to equip you with the necessary skills for effective management and sales performance.

Responsibilities forAssociate Manager:

• Successful completion of a 5-week managerial training program is mandatory for this role, along with performance evaluation criteria.
• Ensure the retention of store personnel through the processes of conducting interviews, recruiting, and nurturing team members
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and clients by cultivating a space that exudes positivity and mutual respect
• Achieve individual performance goals while also nurturing the growth of employees to reach their goals
• Examine daily sales data for optimal sales performance
• Fulfilling the stipulations of banking, security, operational, and legal standards
• Manage costs: wages, stock, and repairs
• Allocate, oversee, and monitor daily assignments to maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the store
• Deliver outstanding customer support and attend to customer concerns effectively

Qualifications forAssociate Manager:

• One must have reached the age of 18 to be considered eligible
• year of experience managing a team
• Having the capability to inspire and encourage individuals in a meaningful manner is essential
• Being capable of maintaining an upright position, flexing, and moving extensively for extended durations is a requirement
• Must possess the ability to raise and carry 25 pounds independently
• Additional responsibilities as required
• Reliable transportation
• Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent signifies the completion of secondary education
