Food Production:

• Formulates hand-prepared yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty treats, and diverse baked offerings.
• Ensures an adequate supply of breakfast bakery items by preparing them on weekends.
• The proper use and adherence to the buffet production system are vital to ensure quality and compliance with shelf life protocols.

Operational Excellence:

• Makes certain that all bakery offerings are consistently fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Ensures consistency and quality by strictly adhering to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Upholds accurate measurement of portions and recipe outcomes.
• Adhere to the procedures outlined in the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide for consistency.

Guest Service:

• Displays a hospitable and respectful demeanor towards guests while helping them with baked delicacies.
• Demonstrates understanding and adherence to position duties concerning just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness:

• Implements duty assignments to uphold cleanliness, service, and quality guidelines.
• Acts in accordance with the directives of the city health department.
