Job Functions:

• The main duties of this role revolve around interacting with customers and fulfilling customer service tasks such as assisting customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
• Giving aid in general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer assistance for store, restaurant, and truck care sectors.
• Using an assortment of tools and apparatus to clean and manage the general facility operations, which involve responsibilities like repairing and upkeeping equipment such as HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc., along with tasks like pressure washing, fixing plumbing issues, conducting site inspections, and fulfilling other designated responsibilities.
• Apart from their core tasks, employees may also be responsible for cross-training in other departments like Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Make sure the safety and satisfaction of your clients are paramount, by complying with the safety protocols and procedures of the company.
• Can move and carry items weighing over 25 pounds. Adaptability to work in varying temperature ranges.
