Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Front Desk Host's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Guest Service:

• Offers a warm reception to incoming guests and bids them a sincere farewell, with an invitation to return.
• Extends assistance to guests in need of help or guidance.
• Handles the GC On the Go takeaway orders promptly.
• Courteous and pleasant in phone communication.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Recognizes and observes position obligations regarding just-in-time delivery.
• Well-informed about the daily buffet offerings and has a clear understanding of the menu choices and pricing.

Cleanliness:

• Keeps the vestibule, host/cashier station, and nearby areas neat and well-organized.
• Help is needed to arrange the buffet in the right manner and verify the correctness of all labels. This also includes the responsibility of cleaning the buffets and their surroundings.
• Conforms to the rules and requirements mandated by the community health bureau.
• Manages duty rosters to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards consistently.

Operational Excellence:

• Notifies the manager about when the money in the till needs to be transferred to the safe to decrease the threat of robbery.
• Validates the reconciliation of drawer funds with the information documented in the daily paperwork.
