Job Summary of Catering Helper:

Participates in serving and delivering food at scheduled catering functions with oversight from the Catering Captain to ensure event fulfillment. May assist in driving a catering delivery vehicle. Responsibilities include setup, service, cleanup, and restocking supplies and equipment.

Crucial roles and responsibilities for Catering Helper:

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions.
• Log and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Set up tables, decorations, and buffet arrangements.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean event location during and after events.
• Return leftover food, equipment, and utensils to catering facility promptly.
• Distribute and collect guest feedback cards.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
• Provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and available products.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Catering Helper:

• Possessing a current driver's license may be obligatory.
• A valid alcohol server?? permit or the means to obtain one must be obtained.
