Job Description for Assistant Store Supervisor:

The key objective for Palm Beach Tan is to find an Assistant Store Supervisor who is dedicated and full of energy to assist with salon operations, oversee a high-performing team, and ensure customers receive top-quality service. The Assistant Manager will take part in a structured 5-week training scheme that has been developed to equip individuals with the necessary skills for successful management and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Candidates must complete a 5-week manager-training course and meet specified performance targets for this role.
• Enhance the store team by overseeing the processes of interviewing, selecting, and developing employees
• Build a supportive and respectful environment that cultivates positive interactions between employees and customers
• Attain self-performance objectives and facilitate the development of employees to reach their objectives
• Evaluate daily sales data to enhance sales productivity
• Following the guidelines for banking, security, operational, and legal necessities
• Govern the spending on employees, goods, and repairs
• Assign, supervise, and monitor daily responsibilities to keep the store clean, well-stocked, and organized

Qualifications:

• Participants need to be of at least 18 years in age to be considered
