• Prepare and serve food at expected standards and within designated timeframes.

• Follow the prescribed procedures for ticket handling and documentation as outlined for the service.
• Maintain the cleanliness standards of the kitchen, refrigerators, and storage areas.

• Maintain and operate kitchen appliances in a proper manner.
• Support in planning for production processes, documenting information, procuring materials, and managing receipt procedures.
• It is important to immediately inform the appropriate personnel about any equipment malfunctions or potential safety hazards.
• Attend training sessions to enhance safety knowledge.
• Promote a workplace culture that encourages positivity and respect as foundational elements for effective collaboration.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures for the well-being of all:
• The recommended use of cut-proof gloves for protection when handling knives and sharp tools.
• Oven mitts or gloves should be worn to provide insulation and protection while handling heated objects.
• Choosing slip-resistant shoes and using correct lifting practices.
• Complete any additional duties as instructed.
