Position Overview: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Palm Beach Tan, your role involves embodying the brand's image with professionalism and enthusiasm, boosting sales by delivering exceptional customer service, and establishing enduring connections with clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and consult customers in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner
• Proactively build customer loyalty and long-term relationships
• Educate clients on tanning options, products, and membership benefits
• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly targets)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment
• Open and close the salon following proper procedures
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track personal sales goals
• Work as a team to support salon success

Our Criteria:

• Reliable means of transportation is a necessity
• Available to work during non-traditional hours, such as nights and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous
• Effective communication and the ability to interact well with others are valuable attributes
• Having a focus on objectives and a drive to outperform others
• Maintaining a polished image and displaying a constructive mindset
• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a high-speed setting
• The capacity to remain upright, move, and flex for a duration of 5 to 8 hours daily
