Job Functions :

• Common duties in customer service include tasks such as recording and fulfilling customer food orders, offering assistance with menu inquiries, and catering to customer needs.
• Verifying cash register totals while proposing supplementary buying chances to clients.
• Precisely and securely assemble customer orders from different kitchen stations like a sandwich line, fryer, grill, or other relevant areas depending on the type of restaurant.
• Implement a variety of approaches and technological solutions to ensure that the restaurant adheres to strict food safety regulations, thus delivering a fresh and secure product to customers.
• In addition to regular tasks, employees might be required to expand their skills by receiving training in different sections like Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Able to lift 25 pounds or more and work in different temperature environments.
