Job Functions :

• Essential customer service duties encompass responsibilities like receiving and managing customer food orders, providing information on menu selections, and assisting customers with their requirements.
• Double-checking cash register balances and offering customers extra sales possibilities.
• Efficiently and securely prepare customer orders at different kitchen preparation points, such as a sandwich line, fryer station, grill area, or other designated sections appropriate for the restaurant's theme.
• Employ a blend of methods and technologies to secure the food safety environment in the restaurant, thus ensuring the delivery of fresh and safe products to customers.
• Apart from their usual duties, employees may need to undergo training in multiple departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership positions.
• Proficient in handling and moving items that are 25 pounds or heavier while being adaptable to changing temperatures.
