Fundamental Job Duties:

• Upholds the state, federal, and company liquor guidelines regarding the dispensing of alcoholic drinks to underage individuals and guests who are visibly drunk.
• Organizes assigned beverage stations; acquires and restocks inventories of bottled beer, wine varieties, hard liquors, disposable supplies, mixing aids, garnishing items, glassware, ice cubes, and fresh produce.
• Oversees stock, readies, cures, and keeps all freshly gathered fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to maintain the quality of the product.
• Welcomes guests in a pleasant and gracious way.
• Manages orders for drinks, expertly blending, embellishing, and serving beverages using standardized ingredient measurements.
• Checks the identification of individuals at the bar to ensure they meet legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Acknowledges and responds to guests showing signs of drunkenness according to training. Displays awareness of alcohol regulations.
• Processes cash transactions from clients, issues change, validates the credibility of fees, documents charges, and oversees the accurate execution of vouchers.
• Stores beverages, food, equipment, deposits, and cash securely by locking them up and safeguarding the bank.
• Undertakes common cleaning duties to adhere to health and safety protocols; maintains cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Creates an appealing display in the bar by arranging bottles and glasses in a visually pleasing way.
• Sanitizes stemware to eliminate germs and bacteria.
• Performs supplemental tasks as deemed necessary.
