We are in need of a Server who is sociable, observant, and lively to join our team. Make certain that customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Provide service to Patrons in a courteous, amiable, efficient, and timely manner while being mindful of their requests. Practice proper alcohol serving protocols following the alcohol policy of Golden Corral Dining and adhering to state and local statutes.

Server Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in the menu to describe our selections to patrons, keep them updated on current food promotions and specials, and respond to any inquiries they may have.
• Records food and drink orders accurately on guest receipts and swiftly enters them into the POS system before delivering, making use of suitable shorthand and fees.
• Delivers food and beverages to patrons efficiently, ensuring that orders are retrieved from the kitchen and brought to guests in a timely fashion, regardless of their seating location within the restaurant.
• Skill in observing guest conduct and determining appropriate instances to involve a Manager, even within the domains of fellow team members.
• Comply with alcohol awareness measures to determine age, prevent intoxication, and address intoxicated patrons in accordance with company alcohol policies.
• Verify the correctness of every financial transaction and ensure accuracy in handling coins for giving back change.
• Properly handle credit card processing devices.
• Provides timely and precise change calculations for the guest.
• Upholds table aesthetics through pre-clearing, assessing drink quantities, decluttering, and offering ample napkin supply.
• Ensures station tidiness, prepares and tidies up station tables in a proper manner.
• Carries out responsibilities associated with transitioning between shifts.
• Abides by the safety and sanitation rules and regulations set forth by the organization.
• Offers assistance to colleagues when it is deemed necessary or when the business situation requires it.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in written form
• A professional appearance characterized by cleanliness and organization is crucial
• Robust resilience for extended or divided work schedules
• Stay on one's feet for a prolonged time
• Can adjust availability to meet changing work hours
• Highly Collaborative Nature
• Convey a strong need for immediate action
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds on multiple occasions daily
• Candidates with at least one year of handling financial transactions are preferred
• Preferable to have previous waitstaff experience
