Job Functions:

• Duties in this customer-oriented role include tasks related to customer service, like aiding customers, resolving problems, and securing a satisfactory customer experience.
• Supporting general cleaning, maintenance, restocking, and customer assistance in store, restaurant, and truck service units.
• Using an assortment of tools and machinery to clean and manage the general facility operations, which involve duties like repairing and upkeeping equipment such as HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc., as well as tasks like pressure washing, fixing plumbing issues, carrying out site inspections, and fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
• Added duties could consist of being trained in other areas such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles within the organization.
• Ensure that the primary focus is on the safety and satisfaction of your customers, in accordance with the safety policies and procedures of the company.
• Ability to handle and move objects that are 25 pounds or heavier. Capability to work in varying temperature environments.
