In the role of a Dishroom Attendant, your contribution is integral in creating a hygienic, safe, and hospitable dining environment for our visitors. Your emphasis on cleanliness and structured methodology ensures that every diner is served with sparkling tableware and experiences a delightful ambiance. By upholding top-tier cleanliness standards internally and externally, you provide valuable assistance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize dishwashing tools to cleanse and sterilize dishes, cups, utensils, pots, and pans effectively.
• See to it that all dishware, utensils, and cooking tools are sanitized, dried thoroughly, and stored appropriately for guests and team members.
• Uphold a standard of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, restroom facilities, and behind-the-scenes spaces.
• Ensure the utility area is cleaned and organized daily.
• Regularly maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen and utility floors includes sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Maintain cleanliness in the area designated for trash disposal and loading activities.
• Follow the schedule for deep-cleaning tasks and perform them consistently as required.
• Comply with the regulations mandated by the local health department and adhere to the safety protocols implemented by the company.
• Refill Cook, Line, and Server stations with fresh plates, utensils, and drinking glasses.
• Make sure to report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Manager without delay.
• Efficiently manage workload during peak hours to meet demand and cleanliness requirements.
• Play a key role in providing exceptional guest service by guaranteeing that dishes and dining spaces are pristine.
• Help the restaurant team by delivering clean plates and cutlery as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle a quick-paced work environment while consistently meeting high cleanliness benchmarks.
• A team-oriented individual noted for their positive approach to tasks and strong sense of diligence.
• Must be capable of standing for extended periods and handling loads up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as and when necessary.
• You do not need any prior experience as training will be supplied.
