• Familiarity with the necessary protocols for safe food handling and sanitation practices, including the potential advantage of being ServSafe certified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately note down food and drink preferences and ensure timely delivery.
• Possess thorough knowledge of menu options, comprising ingredients, methods of preparation, and allergens that may be present.
• Make menu recommendations while ensuring individual dietary needs are met.

• Foster open lines of communication with kitchen and bar staff to uphold the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and quick action, escalating them as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Sustain cleanliness standards in suites throughout service periods and reorganize suites post-event.
• Ensure that tickets are processed accurately, comply with cash-handling procedures, and verify the correct settlement of guest checks.
• Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to meet the needs of special events or services.
