Job Description:Beauty Services Sales Leader
We are in need of a proactive and motivated individual to join Palm Beach Tan as our Beauty Services Sales Leader managing sales initiatives, inspiring a dedicated team, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. In this role, you will be tasked with supervising operations, optimizing sales performance through data analysis, controlling expenses, and promoting a safe and compliant environment, all while fostering a positive and collaborative culture for employees and customers alike.

Responsibilities:
- This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
- Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
- Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
- Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
- Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
- Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
- Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
- Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
We are interested in specific attributes from potential candidates:
- To qualify, individuals must have attained the age of 18
- year in a managerial position
- The expertise in energizing and incentivizing others proficiently
- Required to have the stamina to stand, bend, and walk for long stretches
- Meeting the requirement involves having the strength to lift 25 pounds on your own
- Extra duties as delegated
- Reliable transportation
