Job Functions:

• The position requires engaging with customers and carrying out standard customer service responsibilities such as assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer journey.
• Help offered in the upkeep, stocking, and customer service aspects within store, eatery, and truck care departments.
• Applying various tools and equipment to upkeep and oversee the overall facility operations, including tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment like HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc., as well as activities like pressure washing, fixing plumbing problems, conducting site checks, and other duties as delegated.
• Supplementary tasks may include training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Keep the safety and happiness of your customers at the forefront of your priorities, while also abiding by the safety policies and procedures outlined by the company.
• Can lift and shift items weighing more than 25 pounds. Ability to function in different temperature ranges.
