Primary Tasks and Obligations:
- Follow established recipes and serving timelines to create top-notch dishes.
- Serve meals with correct portion sizes, optimal temperature, and attractive presentation.
- Adhere to the guidelines for the gathering and recording of tickets within the service protocol.
- Ensure that the kitchen, refrigerators, and storage areas are consistently kept clean and hygienic.
- Food should be stored or disposed of in a manner that complies with proper food safety protocols.
- Operate and care for kitchen equipment in the right manner.
- Provide support with organizing production schedules, managing documentation, placing orders, and overseeing deliveries.
- Notify management promptly of any equipment failures or safety concerns that you observe.
- Participate in workshops and safety instruction sessions.
- Cultivate an environment where positivity and respect are embedded in the fabric of daily interactions among colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including but not limited to:
- Incorporating cut-resistant gloves as a safety measure while working with knives and sharp equipment.
- Utilizing oven mitts or gloves is crucial when dealing with hot objects.
- Using slip-resistant shoes and employing the right lifting techniques.
- Fulfill any other tasks that are delegated.
