Job Description:Retail Operations Manager

Palm Beach Tan is in need of an Retail Operations Managerwho is motivated and enthusiastic about supporting salon operations, leading a high-performing team, and providing customers with exceptional service. As an Assistant Manager, you will undertake a structured 5-week training program that is designed to prepare you for success in management and sales roles in the salon.

Responsibilities:

• The role mandates participation in a 5-week training course for managers with performance metrics in place.
• Uphold the store workforce by continuously evaluating, recruiting, and nurturing employees
• Establish a culture of positivity that emphasizes respect for both employees and customers, fostering a harmonious environment
• Achieve personal performance metrics and guide employees in achieving their metrics successfully
• Analyze daily sales information for maximizing sales potential
• Adapting to the criteria encompassing banking, security, operational, and legal standards
• Administer expenses concerning workforce, stock, and maintenance
• Distribute, oversee, and track daily assignments to maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
• Deliver top-tier customer service by effectively resolving any customer issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
