Job Description For Sales Team Member:

In the position of Sales Team Member at Palm Beach Tan, you will be responsible for representing the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner, enhancing sales through outstanding customer service, and cultivating long-standing relationships with clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and interact with customers in a pleasant and approachable fashion, delivering expert consultations with a professional attitude
• Cultivate a loyal customer base and forge lasting relationships through proactive initiatives
• Instruct clients on the diverse tanning solutions, merchandise, and benefits associated with membership
• Reach and excel in meeting sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Keep the salon space neat, structured, and engaging for customers
• Make sure to follow the correct procedures for initiating and finalizing salon activities as outlined
• Handle daily office tasks and keep track of personal sales goals
• Support each other's efforts to ensure the salon thrives
