• Transports pre-made dishes from the kitchen to diners in the dining area promptly and effectively, guaranteeing that everything is delivered at the correct heat level and with the intended appearance.
• Stays informed about the latest menu offerings and alterations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide precise responses to customer queries.
• Adheres to all regulations and company protocols for food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene when working with food and equipment.
• Maintains clear and efficient communication with kitchen personnel and servers to guarantee precise orders and synchronize the timing of each course.
• Offers polite and professional communication with patrons, addressing their needs and questions promptly to elevate the dining atmosphere.
• Provides support in ensuring that the kitchen and dining spaces are kept tidy, orderly, and secure for all staff and customers.
• Carries out designated additional tasks, such as replenishing supplies, shining cutlery, arranging service areas, and performing routine cleaning duties.
• Works together with colleagues to maintain the company's service expectations and guarantee ongoing customer contentment.
