Dishwasher

Overview:

As a Dishwasher, you play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming dining experience for our guests. Your attention to cleanliness and organization ensures that every guest receives spotless tableware and a pleasant atmosphere. You’ll support the team by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure all dishware and utensils are clean, dry, and stored properly for guest and team use.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Clean and organize the utility area daily.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen and utility floors regularly.
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of dumpster area and loading dock.
• Perform routine deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Follow local health department regulations and company safety protocols.
• Restock clean dishes, silverware, and glassware to the Cook, Line, and Server stations.
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the Manager promptly.
• Work efficiently to keep up with demand during peak hours while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by ensuring dishes and dining areas are spotless.
• Support the restaurant team with just-in-time delivery of clean dishware and utensils.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.
