Palm Beach Tan seeks Customer Support Associate who are personable, dynamic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As part of this position, you will warmly welcome customers, assist with any questions they may have, offer guidance on available services and products, and make certain that every guest departs feeling appreciated and contented. Your role will be essential in cultivating a friendly atmosphere and supporting the operational aspects of the salon.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintains salon cleanliness
- Sterilizing devices after each usage
- Tasks like mopping floors, dusting surfaces, doing laundry, and sterilizing tanning beds are part of the cleaning routine
- Organizing tanning rooms for the next customer as per the established protocols of Palm Beach Tan
- Giving aid to clients as requested

Qualifications:
- Being at least 18 years old is a prerequisite for participation
- Consistent means of commuting and the ability to be flexible with scheduling, which may involve nights and weekends
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bed, walk for up to 7 hours per day
