• Keeps informed about menu items and changes to ensure accurate order processing and provide precise answers to guest questions.
• Complies with company standards and local regulations by following food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols during tasks involving food and equipment.
• Works collaboratively with kitchen personnel and servers to communicate effectively, ensuring order accuracy and course coordination.
• Ensures professional and courteous interactions with patrons, responding promptly to requests and inquiries to elevate the dining experience.
• Supports in the maintenance of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen and dining facilities.
• Executes designated supplementary duties, including stocking items, polishing cutlery, setting up or clearing service stations, and overseeing general cleaning duties.
• Works collectively with colleagues to maintain company service standards and ensure persistent guest contentment.
• Adheres to any other assignments given by supervisors or managers.
