Job Functions:

• Central tasks in customer service revolve around addressing customer inquiries concerning menu choices and attending to their needs. Furthermore, assisting store cashiers in the maintenance and cleanliness of the deli, coffee, and fountain counters by ensuring a consistent supply of fresh products is maintained during operating hours.
• Accurately assemble deli offerings by following the prescribed preparation guides for salads, fresh fruit cuts, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Make use of a diverse range of methods and technologies to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for maintaining appropriate food safety conditions.
• Other duties may involve undergoing cross-training in various departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Experienced in the lifting and transportation of heavy items exceeding 25 pounds. Familiar with working in different temperature settings.
