Palm Beach Tan seeks a motivated Store Operations Coordinator who is energetic and committed to supporting salon operations, leading a team to excellence, and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience. The Assistant Manager position includes participation in a rigorous 5-week training program designed to prepare individuals for success in management and sales at the salon.

Responsibilities forStore Operations Coordinator:

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Qualifications forStore Operations Coordinator:

• A prerequisite for this is that individuals are at least 18 years of age
• year in a leadership position
• The ability to spur and invigorate others towards a common goal is a significant skill
• The requirement includes the capability to stand, bend, and ambulate for extended periods
• Must have the capability to carry and move 25 pounds unassisted
• Tasks as designated by superiors
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or an equivalent credential is indicative of meeting the educational standards at the secondary level
