Job Description for Beauty Team Member:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for enthusiastic and personable Beauty Team Member to join our team and help clients look and feel their best. As a Beauty Team Member, you’ll use your influencer skills to connect with customers face-to-face, provide expert guidance on our tanning and wellness services, and create a welcoming, organized salon environment.This role offers on-the-job training, great opportunities for growth, and a flexible schedule, making it perfect for motivated individuals passionate about beauty and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Harness your power to influence in your daily face-to-face encounters
• Ensure that the salon is consistently well-groomed and structured

• Extra duties as instructed

The features and traits we value most in potential candidates are:

• The minimum age allowed is 18 years
• Must have the capability to remain upright, bend, and ambulate for long periods of time
• Must demonstrate the ability to lift 25 pounds on their own
• Reliable transportation
• Wide-ranging availability, including evenings and weekends
• Attaining a high school diploma, or an analogous qualification, demonstrates a basic level of academic competence
