Job Description for Store Operations Associate:

Palm Beach Tan is currently seeking an Store Operations Associate who is self-motivated and dynamic to assist in the day-to-day operations of the salon, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers receive exceptional service. In this role, the Assistant Manager will engage in a structured training program lasting 5 weeks, designed to prepare them for successful management and sales execution.

Responsibilities:

• The mandatory 5-week manager-training program for this role is accompanied by performance metrics.
• Manage the store staff by conducting interviews, hiring new employees, and fostering their development within the organization
• Create a positive and respectful workplace by emphasizing the importance of mutual respect among employees and customers
• Attain personal performance standards and aid in the advancement of employees' performance standards
• Analyze daily sales figures to optimize sales strategies
• Abiding by the requirements regarding banking, security, operational, and legal protocols
• Control outlays for personnel, merchandise, and servicing
• Assign, supervise, and track daily tasks to maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and stocking levels
• Provide exceptional assistance to customers and effectively resolve any issues they encounter

Qualifications:

• To qualify, one must have attained the age of 18 or above
• year of experience as a supervisor
• The capacity to instill enthusiasm and determination in others is a key attribute
• Being able to sustain standing, bending, and walking for prolonged periods is a necessity
• Must be capable of handling and lifting objects weighing 25 pounds on their own
• Additional tasks as specified

• Obtaining a high school diploma or its equal demonstrates the successful culmination of mandatory schooling
