Job Summary of Guest Relations Coordinator:
Palm Beach Tan is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relations Coordinator to create exceptional experiences for our clients. In this role, you will greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, provide guidance on services and products, and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment while supporting salon operations.

Qualifications:
- Meeting the age criterion includes being at least 18 years old
- Trusty transportation and a flexible schedule that may require availability on nights and weekends
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bed, walk for up to 7 hours per day
What You’ll Do:
- Maintains salon cleanliness
- Disinfecting tools following every operation
- The tasks for cleaning services consist of mopping floors, dusting surfaces, doing laundry, and sanitizing tanning beds and bathrooms
- Ensuring tanning rooms are arranged for the next patron in accordance with the guidelines of Palm Beach Tan
- Providing assistance to clients as necessary
