Job Functions :
- Standard customer service responsibilities may involve activities like accepting food orders from customers, responding to inquiries regarding menu items, and meeting customer requirements.
- Keeping a cash register in check while suggesting further sales possibilities to patrons.
- Complete customer orders accurately and securely by working at different kitchen preparation points like a sandwich production line, fryer station, grill area, or other relevant stations as per the restaurant's style.
- Utilize a combination of methods and modern tools to maintain the highest food safety standards within the restaurant, ensuring that customers are provided with safe and fresh food.
- Employees may also be expected to gain experience in different departments like Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership positions through cross-training.
- Capacity to transport and handle items exceeding 25 pounds and perform tasks in a range of temperatures.
