Catering Crew Member

Job Summary of Catering Crew Member:

Facilitates the serving and delivery of food during planned catering events while under the direction of the Catering Captain. Ensures that the event's implementation aligns with desired outcomes. May operate a catering transport vehicle. Tasked with arranging, serving, tidying up, and restoring supplies and tools.

Primary tasks and obligations:

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions.
• Log and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Set up tables, decorations, and buffet arrangements.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean event location during and after events.
• Return leftover food, equipment, and utensils to catering facility promptly.
• Distribute and collect guest feedback cards.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
• Provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and available products.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a legitimate driver's license might be necessary.
• It is necessary to have or have the capacity to acquire a valid food handler's license or permit for serving alcohol.
