Responsibilities of the Food Runner involve ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables, maintaining a high level of presentation standards throughout the service. The Food Runner is expected to uphold a commitment to exceptional service delivery and contribute to a positive dining experience for patrons.

Fundamental Duties and Obligations:

• Swiftly and competently conveys ready meals from the kitchen to customers in the dining section, making sure that all items are served with the right presentation and temperature.
• Keeps abreast of menu updates and changes to guarantee correct delivery of orders and accurate handling of customer questions.
• Ensures that all food handling and equipment maintenance are in line with company standards and local regulations, prioritizing sanitation and hygiene.
• Ensures effective interaction with kitchen staff and servers to verify order correctness and manage the flow of courses.
• Delivers gracious and expert interactions with customers, attending to their demands and queries efficiently to enrich the overall meal service.
• Aids in the upkeep of a hygienic, well-arranged, and protected workspace within the kitchen and dining sections.
• Handles specified supplementary responsibilities like restocking, buffing silverware, preparing or dismantling service points, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Engages in teamwork to uphold the service benchmarks of the organization and deliver continual guest fulfillment.
• Undertakes any other responsibilities as directed by managers or supervisors.
