Job Functions:

• Responsibilities in this customer-centric position involve tasks related to customer service, like providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer interaction.
• Assisting in the upkeep, stocking, and customer service needs of store, eatery, and truck care departments.
• Applying various tools and equipment to maintain and oversee the overall facility operations, including duties such as repairing and maintaining equipment like HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc., as well as activities such as pressure washing, fixing plumbing problems, conducting site checks, and any other tasks as assigned.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Keep the well-being and contentment of your customers as the primary focus, while also following the safety policies and procedures implemented by the company.
• Capacity to lift and handle weights that are 25 pounds or heavier. Ability to function in diverse temperature settings.
