Qualifications:

• Strong in both communication and interpersonal relations.
• Expertise in demonstrating calmness, patience, and positivity when faced with a high volume of activity.
• Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and hold objects for a prolonged duration without any obstacles.
• Having the know-how to adhere to safe food handling guidelines and maintain sanitation practices, potentially strengthened by completing the ServSafe certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extend a gracious greeting to visitors as they enter the room or dining facility.
• Accurately note down food and beverage requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Possess in-depth familiarity with menu items, such as ingredients, cooking techniques, and potential allergens.
• Suggest menu options while taking into account any special dietary considerations.
• Ensure that food is served with adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Handle guest grievances or issues with promptness and professionalism, escalating any unresolved matters as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness is maintained in suites during service and reset them following events.
• Process tickets correctly, adhere to cash-handling guidelines, and ensure the proper settlement of guest checks is completed.
• Foster collaboration among departments to support special events and meet service expectations.
• Emphasizing the significance of a secured, clean, and hospitable environment for everyone
