Preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items is a significant responsibility for the Baker. Emphasis on maintaining freshness, speed, cleanliness, and orderliness plays a central role in how the Baker approaches their daily tasks.

Food Production:

• Produces handcrafted yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty sweets, and assorted baked goods.
• Prepares bakery items for breakfast during weekends to satisfy production quotas.
• Following the buffet production system thoroughly is crucial for maintaining quality and meeting shelf life standards.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensures that all bakery goods meet the criteria of being continuously fresh, delectable, visually appealing, and heated as needed.
• Sustains quality levels through meticulous preparation according to Golden Corral's established recipes and criteria.
• Ensures consistency in portioning and recipe yields.
• Comply with the Bakery and Dessert Cafe Production Guide to ensure smooth operations.
