The Baker is tasked with the crucial duty of creating yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and various other freshly made treats. Focus on ensuring everything is fresh, quick, clean, and well-organized is consistently emphasized while the Baker fulfills their everyday responsibilities.

Food Production:

• Crafts homemade yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked delicacies.
• Produces baked goods for breakfast over the weekend to meet demand.
• Full implementation and adherence to the buffet production system are necessary to guarantee quality and compliance with shelf life regulations.

Operational Excellence:

• Maintains a standard of ensuring that each bakery product is constantly fresh, flavorful, visually attractive, and served hot when suitable.
• Upholds high standards by following the prescribed Golden Corral recipes and protocols for each product.
• Upholds correct portion sizes and recipe quantities.
• Abide by the guidelines outlined in the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.

Guest Service:

• Provides a warm and respectful service to customers while aiding them with bakery items.
• Comprehends and complies with job obligations in connection with just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness:

• Manages duty assignments while ensuring adherence to cleanliness, service, and quality benchmarks.
• Abides by the guidelines established by the municipal health department.
