Job Summary:Guest Services Associate

Palm Beach Tan is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to create exceptional experiences for our clients. In this role, you will greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, provide guidance on services and products, and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment while supporting salon operations.

Qualifications:

• Participants must ensure they are 18 years old or older
• Trustworthy travel arrangements and the flexibility to accommodate shifts that extend into evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bed, walk for up to 7 hours per day

What You’ll Do:

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning beds, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers as needed
